At Kaboura Training we recognise that skilled facilitation can add significant value to an event. As a result, we can provide experienced Trainers and Facilitators to explore key learning outcomes and provide a more in-depth analysis of your event.
OUTLINE
Our Training and Development Services provide clients with the option of utilising experienced Facilitators and Trainers to work with participants to reflect and share views, explore their thoughts on the activity and make the important connection between the activity and their work.

Whether it's focusing on team development, motivating staff, leadership, communication or people management, focused learning outcomes can be built into all our events to provide your team with an enhanced learning experience that is innovative and fun.
Our experienced Facilitators use the range of activities undertaken by the team to highlight specific points, explore relevant issues and spend time learning and drawing lessons from the experience.
In addition, we work with a number of key partners to deliver more formal learning as part of our events. This has included designing activities to incorporate respected team development programmes, such as 'Insights Discovery', into our events.
