Insights Discovery events are designed to provide teams with a strong balance of more formal team learning mixed with a range of upbeat activities. Based solidly on the widely respected work of Carl Jung, Insights events are delivered by experienced and accredited Facilitators who utilise a range of profiling tools to help you understand team relationships and determine each individual's style, motivating factors and impact on others.
Insights events generally begin a week or two before the day when our Insights Facilitator will make contact with you to discuss your aims and objectives for the event. On the day, they will lead you through a number of upbeat sessions and activities designed to illustrate different styles, motivating factors and individual preferences..
By using a unique model based on colours, the Discovery System helps you to identify clear working preferences in order to help achieve transformation at the individual, team and organisational level.
In addition to the sessions on the day, individual ‘Discovery Profiles’ (and support notes) can be made available for each participant. These provide an excellent tool for individuals to gain a detailed understanding of their own working style, how this impacts on their relationships with others in the business environment and how they might develop to improve their effectiveness.
The profile accurately measures the person's colour mix and provides clear information on ideal working environments, management styles, preferred communication and learning styles and highlights their opposite types
and any potential blind spots for development.
Insights activities have been successfully run for a wide range of clients including the Department for Work and Pensions, Opodo and the BBC and can be delivered as standalone events or be incorporated into many of our other team activities.
