OVERVIEW
Before any event, our facilitators will contact the relevant team members and leaders to discuss clear aims and objectives and gain a clear and thorough understanding of the team. Where appropriate, measurable objectives can then be set and reviewed as part of the evaluation and feedback process.
Through their knowledge of performance psychology, team dynamics and a realistic understanding of current business demands, our facilitators lead participants through the process of performance review and provide timely and relevant feedback during the event. This is achieved through observation and skilled questioning which reaches the core issues and, where appropriate, incorporates the use of relevant profiling tools and tests such as Myers Briggs, Insights, Belbin, Strength Deployment Inventory and so on.
From the abstract scenario of the activities, participants are guided to apply the learning in the context of their professional environment.
