RollaBall is a great activity that can be run simply as a fun breakout or be facilitated as a more formal business game.
OUTLINE
An innovative activity that has one overall objective - to design and build a runway that is capable of transporting a ball from one end to the other unaided.
OVERVIEW
With the clock ticking, each team is given their brief which requires them to build one section of a runway. When complete, the runway must be capable of transporting a ball from one end to the other without any support or interference from any of the teams. However, each team has a slightly different brief and in order to successfully complete this task, they will need to work together to earn resources and design each section so that it links perfectly with the next.
Sounds pretty straightforward until you realise that each team is also working in a seperate area, they may only meet with one other team representative at a time and there are strict limitations on who they can talk to and when!
A great activity that is guaranteed to get a cheer when the final design is put together and the ball is released!
